Each bottle of Khazhalia Winery wine is unique, because our production is small-scale, which helps us to focus on quality. The wine tour in our winery begins with a tour of the open winery. Where the qvevri are presented. The guest is introduced to the process from the vineyard to the qvevri, how the grapes pass through and turn into wine. In the open winery, the guest can also get acquainted with the tools we use in the process of working (orshimo, press, mousetrap), the process of extracting wine from the qvevri, and the grandfather's 100-year-old qvevri. Then the guests will move to the closed winery, where they will be presented with a diverse selection of our wines, both Imeretian and Kakhetian.
